100-Year-Old Woman Talks About Falling In Love With Her Husband [Video]

This woman's story of finding her true love and being with him for decades will probably cause you to shed a tear or two.

Shirley describes how she first met her future husband Moe. She called it "a meeting of the souls." In this video, which was made by Brandon Stanton of Humans of New York, Shirley describes their many years together. She said they went dancing together in New York quite a bit ("not dancing like these days"). When Moe was sent off to war she sent him letters and photos, and he sent her drawings and poetry. They had a long, beautiful life together.

She says that when she realized that he was dying she asked, "Moe, what will I do without you?" And he answered "Take the love you have for me and spread it around...there, beauty is found."

"It was always nice to have his arms around me," she says.
