101 Year Old West Michigan Woman Catches Cash Thief

A 101 year old woman living in a retirement community set a trap to catch a cash thief working in the community and it worked!

Pauline Puttbrese started noticing that money had been taken from her handbag when she went to give some money to her great granddaughter to do some shopping for her. She thought it strange but didn't really start to think her money had been stolen until the second time that it was gone.

She decided to set a trap to catch the thief by leaving money out at various times to figure out who it was. The thief took the cash and Pauline was able to determine which employee it was. She contacted the building administrator who then contacted the police.
