This is becoming too normal, around the country, but also here in West Michigan.

WOOD-TV reports that someone was shot in the arm Saturday afternoon around 4 pm on the southwest side of Grand Rapids. According to police the shooting happened on the 800 block of Sherman Ave SW and started as an argument and ended in a shooting.

Police told WOOD-TV that at least 5 shots were fired and at least one hit a house nearby.

Police are still investigating, although witnesses weren’t cooperating, according to WOOD-TV.
