Police are asking for the public's help after two stolen vehicles were discovered following a barn fire in Ionia Township.

Fox 17 reports that police believe the fire was intentionally set.

The fire occurred Oct. 21 in the 4000 block of Smokey Row in Ionia Township. A small barn was destroyed, and inside police found a burned motorcycle and pickup truck.

Police determined the motorcycle had been stolen from the city of Ionia and the truck from Eaton County.

The people who own the barn, which is in a secluded area, say they did not know about the vehicles inside.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Ionia County Sheriff's Office at 616-527-8259.
