The Best Way to Reduce Your Calories When Eating Pizza
This is the most exciting thing for pizza lovers everywhere! Turns out a little trick that most of us have been doing for years to our pizza actually reduces calories!
Labdoor Magazine conducted a study using Domino's pizza to figure out how effective blotting your pizza is when trying to reduce your calories. They found that if you dab your pizza every time you eat it you could prevent two pounds of weight gain. So each time you dab a piece of pizza you save yourself approximately 40 calories per slice.
