Dog owners take note! The Ridges of Cascade apartment complex is billing itself as a "luxury community" for both its human and canine residents. The complex has tons of amenities that will pamper your pet including a 24-hour spa and a "bark park".

That sounds all well and good, but you'll need to be extra diligent when out on a walk because if you don't scoop after it poops you could be facing a $350 fine.  How will they know it was your dog that left behind the mess, you ask?  Well, this luxury apartment complex is swabbing your dog for a DNA profile and will test the mystery poo to see if your dog was the culprit.

A Tennessee company called PooPrints is taking on the responsibility of the testing for the Cascade apartment complex as well as several more around the country.
