A new trend on fashion runways is known as lollipop lips. This is when you just smear the lipstick all around your lips after you put it on. We couldn't figure out if it was a joke or a real fad, so we asked who would wear that. Steve went straight to Wizard of Oz with his excellent munchkin impression. Pretty good, right?
