Celebrities are out in full force celebrating the LGBTQ+ community and Pride Month at New York City's Pride events. Every day in June the city hosted a variety of events to support LGBTQ+ people and show their Pride.

Lady Gaga, Whoopi Goldberg and Alicia Keys attended and spoke at the 50th Stonewall Anniversary event, Pride Live’s Stonewall Day Concert. Gaga gave a speech at the event and spoke about how the LGBTQ+ community has changed her as a person. She also spoke candidly about her bisexuality. Frankie Grande attended the event among other festivities and wrote a heartfelt tribute to Stonewall on his Instagram.

Laverne Cox, Billy Porter and Angelica Ross spoke at the Barclay's Center on June 28 at the World Pride Ceremony. YouTube personality and artist Todrick Hall performed an epic choreographed number kicking off the event along with a performance from pop star Daya.

Jonathan Van Ness attended a number of different Pride parties and tweeted that he attended the Pride Prom. He also shared a video on how different his own high school prom was from this event.

Charli XCX performed a once-in-a-lifetime concert outside with the city's skyline lit up in the background to promote World Pride. Lizzo also performed an unforgettable concert donning a pair of chaps at a kickoff event.
