From elation and celebrating to mixed feelings over the news of the death of Osama Bin Laden one thing is for sure --  America has closure regarding the whereabouts of this evil leader of Al Qaeda.

I'm personally so proud of our military and the Navy Seals who carried out the mission to finally bring him to justice.  But, with Bin Laden's planned death there is also a moral issue some are bringing to light even though this is considered an act of war and a warranted defense.

Check out how Hollywood is responding to the news of the late terrorist's demise:

  • Katy Perry (@katyperry): "I am relieved in some ways, but have a feeling of uncertainty now. I believe in justice, but don't you think that an eye for an eye will make the world blind?"
  • Kim Kardashian (@KimKardashian): "Osama bin Laden is dead!!! I can't wait to hear President Obama's announcement!!!
  • Paris Hilton (@parishilton): "Just landed back in L.A., so happy to hear the news of Osama bin Laden's death. He was the face of terrorism and such an evil man. The world is a much better place with him not in it."
  • Jim Carrey (@JimCarrey): "Wow! They killed the Boogieman! I felt something was in the air tonight! Bin Laden era over!"
  • Lindsay Lohan (@lindsaylohan): "Go USA!"
  • Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson (@TheRock): "Just got word that will shock the world -- land of the free...home of the brave. DAMN PROUD TO BE AN AMERICAN! ... AMERICA BROUGHT IT...TEAM BRING IT FOREVER PROUD."
