Christine’s Pet of the Week Got ADOPTED!

Although we love showcasing a new pet every week we love even more when someone like this happens!

Champ was supposed to be this week's "Pet of the Week" but that doesn't mean there aren't plenty of other animals, at the Humane Society of West Michigan, who are in need of good homes. You can see a gallery of adoptable pets here.

If you've got a dog, mark your calendar for Grand Rapids Sport & Social Club's (GRSSC) Easter Dog Days Event on March 24th from 12-3pm at Riverside Park. It's an Easter Egg Hunt for dogs plus other fun activities for you and your furry friends! Humane Society of West Michigan will be there with adoptable dogs. The event is free to attend, but you must register.

Spring Break Camp is less than a month away so make sure to get your kid(s) signed up. The Humane Society will be hosting a day camp for kids 7-12 on April 2nd-5th. Each day there will be a new activity for the kids to be a part of. Plus, it gets the kids out of the house during their time off school and gives you a chance to get stuff done... or relax ;-) Register and get more info here.
