Could Justin Bieber Be Deported?

Let's figure this question out once and for all!

There have been a ton of rumors circulating with Justin Bieber's arrest that he could be deported back to his homeland of Canada. Well, we'd like to put this rumor to bed for you.

He's not being deported...yet.

So, it sounds like just because he got a DUI he's not going to have to permanently move back to Canada. Police are saying he resisted arrest without violence so that's also just a misdemeanor charge.

The only slight risk Bieber has of being sent back to Canada is if he admits to police that he smoked marijuana. Any kind of unsubscribed drug use could be grounds for deportation.

However, if Bieber's attitude and behavior continues the police may be able to build a case against him.
