These videos are all over Youtube, but I don't think I've seen one this clever.

This couple went around to friends and family, and had them pose to take pictures. This is where it gets cool; the couple puts the camera on camcorder mode and starts recording them on video.

While the friends and family are posing, the couple tells them they're expecting a baby, and they get raw reaction on video.
