Creepy Baby Doll Commercial

This commercial just keeps going further and further downhill.

The ad is for this baby-laugh-a-lot. And we just can't tell what part is the creepiest of all. It is the baby that just rocks back and forth and laughs? Is the girls who randomly turn their heads. OR, is it the announcer who begins laughing himself and sounds like the Joker from Batman.

We don't know and we don't care. This ad freaks us out and we hope we don't ever see one of these in an antique.
