Photoshop is an amazing tool, but sometimes people go a little too far with it.  One example of this is the artificial and unattainable look that beauty companies put on their packaging.

CVS is taking notice of the harmfulness that these unattainable images may be causing on young women and decided to do something about it.

CVS will no longer manipulate photos on its packaging of CVS Brand Makeup.  The ban on photo manipulation is slated to start by April 2019.  The store is also requiring other brands to no longer manipulate photos by 2020 or if they still choose to do so, include an alert label on the packaging that says this photo has been manipulated.

What do you think about this new policy?  Should other stores follow the same example or is CVS going overboard?  Let us know in the comments!
