A couple of weeks ago there was a bear on I-96 in Grand Rapids.  Last week a deer jumped into a moving van in Wayland.  Today a deer ran into a store on Alpine Avenue...and it wasn't Rudolph.

This morning an eight-point buck ran into the Goodwill store on Alpine Avenue by Six Mile in Comstock Park.  The deer eventually walked into a dressing room where it was contained until the DNR could arrive.  The deer had to be put down from the injuries it had sustained.

Deer are very active this time of year.  In fact, Allegan County recorded 18 car-deer accidents last weekend alone.  We have a list of some of the worst roads for car-deer accidents in West Michigan.
