Detroit Tigers’ Coach Jim Leyland Gets Choked Up, Then Moonwalks [Video]
If you've been following baseball at all this season, you know that it's been a close race for the American League Central Division Champion title. Wednesday night, the Tigers clinched the title of AL Central Champs, and it was definitely a cause for celebration in the clubhouse. The usually stoic (and always angry looking) Manger Jim Leyland provided some of the best moments from the celebration, though, complete with a very heartfelt message to his players and fans, and some sweet dance moves.
As if Leyland's dance moves weren't enough to make the video, his message to fans was awesome:
And I want to say thank you to our fans. I’m so proud you, of what you’ve done for our ballclub. And what you’ve done for me since I’ve been here. And I just hope that, I just hope that you feel like you’re getting your money’s worth. Because we try to entertain you. You keep coming out. I can’t tell you what you mean to us. It’s like a sixth man.
