President-elect, Donald Trump, is going on a victory tour and he's showing his appreciation to Michigan with a stop in Grand Rapids this Friday.

Trump will hold the event at the DeltaPlex at 7 p.m. The last time Trump was in Grand Rapids was in the early morning hours, the day of the election. Because it's a swing state, Michigan proved to be a crucial win for Trump. According to the Detroit Free Press, Trump won over the mitten state by less than 11,000 votes.

Despite Trump winning the state of Michigan, a recount was ordered by a federal judge to happen by noon Monday. Kent County's recount will begin on Tuesday, 12/6.

The "Thank You" Tour kicked off last week in Ohio with other stops in North Carolina and Iowa before coming to Michigan.

If interested in attending Friday's event, you can register for tickets here. Doors open at 4 p.m.
