Guess what? Exercise balls are no better for you to sit on than a chair!

A study to come out of Canada shows that sitting on an exercise ball is no better for you than sitting in a chair! So, if you're one of those people who brought one to work and sits on it all day at your desk you are not doing much for yourself.

Well, except looking slightly foolish.

The study found that standing for 15 minutes an hour was much healthier for you. That led to about 2 hours of standing per day, which was a very healthy amount.
