This is totally inspired by the fact that I haven't had one good night's sleep all week. I know I'm not alone!

I should clarify, before I came here to Channel 95-7 I hosted a morning show. That means I woke up at 3 a.m. every morning. Now I do an afternoon show, so I don't wake up until 9, and I can stay up much later!

The transition the last few months has been pretty smooth, until this week hit. For some reason my internal clock thinks I'm back on my early schedule, I've been waking up at 5 a.m. every morning this week. That's not so bad, but I don't go to bed until 1 a.m., since I work late.

I don't think it needs to be said, but I will be putting some of the tips in this video to use!
