Farrah Abraham's lack of self-awareness continues to astound. The Teen Mom OG star wore traditional Indian garments and accessories to the MTV Movie & TV Awards last night (May 7), and people were not pleased.

Abraham wore a hot pink lengha dress, bindi on her forehead, mehndi on her hands, and a maang tikka headpiece. Abraham, not of Indian descent, received a
great deal of backlash on Twitter for her stylistic choices.

Of course, Abraham's famous absence of self-awareness influenced her response to the criticism. In an
exclusive interview with TooFab, Abraham said she "wanted to bring culture to the red carpet." She also said she wasn't "at all" concerned about cultural appropriation backlash and that her look will "inspire others to embrace new cultures and have good experiences." Abraham additionally noted her outfit and adornments made her feel "freaking amazing, Bollywood and sexy!"

Oh, Farrah.
