Police are investigating a sexual assault reported on Grand Valley State University's Allendale campus.

A university spokesperson told WZZM 13 that the assault was reported Monday, October 13. The assault was reported to have happened outside of the Robinson Living Center some time last week, but the spokesperson did not specify the date. 

The suspect in the assault is currently unknown.

GVSU police are urging victims of sexual assault to call the police and/or GVSU’s Women’s Center and Victim Advocate Theresa Rowland, who can be contacted at 616.331.2748.
