This poor guy has just woken up from having surgery on a hernia, and his wife decides to record the funny things that he says. Much to her surprise, he does not remember her when he wakes up, and is impressed at how beautiful his she is. When he finds out that she is in fact his wife, you can see how proud he is that he managed to marry someone so beautiful.
