Halloween Hi-jinx

Up in Canada over the weekend a guy running around drunk in a Ghostbusters costume was arrested. Not before creating chaos though. He was arrested for first, crawling on top of a police cruiser. Then, when the police officer got out of the car to arrest the fellow he did a back flip over the cop. TMZ has the video and you can view it here!
