A Michigan man went to pay his traffic ticket in pennies as a protest for the both the ticket and the credit card fee added to the charge.

What happened next involves violence, poop and a lawsuit.

Anthony Sevy was mad about his $10 parking fine, and he was mad when they tried to charge him $1.75 for using a credit card.

So he went across the street to the bank, converted the 10 bucks into pennies, rolled them and took them back to pay the fine.

That's when it got weird.

Sevy and the clerk exchanged words, Sevy turned to leave, and was allegedly choked out by the clerk from behind. Sevy passed out and pooped himself while unconscious. He was then arrested and jailed.

Which leads us to this priceless quote from Sevy's attorney, Jonathan Marco, who told FOX 2, "I don't think that in everyday course of business, we poop our pants or go around defecating ourselves."

Sevy weirdly plead 'no contest' to the initial charge, and there is no sound on the video, so maybe he might have said something to incite the officer, but I'm not sure what deserved the old 'poopy pants treatment'. Allegedly.
