Hot vs. Smart Day 3

Day 3 started with some hungover girls after the New Orleans bash that they threw last night.  Each team got to produce a commercial at a local radio station to promote the event.  The two teams went in completely different directions on this one.  Then the teams did a little grassroots advertising on the streets of New Orleans.  Check out the entire bit to get the results of Day 3!
