I have to give props to Wendy Reed for posting this link on my Facebook page after I asked the people of Channel 95-7 what I have to experience in Grand Rapids. I heard some awesome ideas like trying all the breweries, Kent Trails for running,  the Gerald Ford Museum and Art Prize to name a few.

Then I read more into Wendy's link "How Much Of Grand Rapids Have You Experienced?" It's a list of 50 different things and you check them off as you do each one. Things like "Visited Millenium Park," "Been to an Event at the DeVos Place, "Been on the Carousel of the Public Museum,"  "Been to the B.O.B." and "Visited Sky Zone" are all on the list.

Proud to say after being in town for less that 2 weeks I have knocked 2 off the list! "Shopped at Woodland Mall" and "Been on the 'S' Curve on 131." Although I think my score should be 3. The 3rd being "Drive Division from 28th to Downtown." I did that yesterday after my Google Maps app went crazy and got me lost.

I did witness a man having a full conversation with a fire hydrant while I was stopped at a light, that was inspiring.

Take the test here, what's your score?
