If you don't feel like taking your time preparing your Thanksgiving dinner, you should give this a try and that is using your microwave.

Now a safer bet to a good Thanksgiving Day dinner would probably be to use the more conventional way but that may take too much time for some. What you will is a Turkey small enough to fit into a microwave, 1 microwave safe roasting bag and spices and seasonings to taste. Some steps to prepare your defrosted turkey are to clean the turkey inside and out, place the turkey in the safe roasting back but don't close it all the way because it needs to vent and last but not least make sure when you temp the turkey that the temperature is 165 degrees or above.
