Is The ‘Bad Parent List’ A Civil Rights Violation?

In the state of Michigan there's a 'Bad Parent List' that is very easy to get on. If someone complains about your parenting skills to the right people you can be put on the list. It doesn't even have to be court appointed. Thing of it is that you cannot come of the list as easily as you were put on it. In the state of Michigan the list is being called one of the largest civil rights offense ever.
