First thing today I was browsing my Facebook feed and found this video from Chef Gordon Ramsay. I've been doing scrambled eggs wrong this entire time.

I usually take 3 or 4 eggs, crack them open in a skillet over some olive oil, scramble them up over medium heat for about 5 minutes, and I'm done.

According to Gordon Ramsay that is WRONG.

He uses a pan, mixes them with butter and moves the pan on and off the heat. Check out the video to see how he does it, because I tried it his way this morning and the eggs came out so good!
