Julianne Hough and Ryan Seacrest are DONE!

Just a few days after having 100K of jewelry stolen out of her car, Julianne and Ryan have called it quits.

The couple (Julianne especially) is saying that Ryan's work schedule is just way to much to deal with. She said he never sleeps and that she's looking for a more low key lifestyle than he lives.

It's not being reported exactly when the split happened but Julianne posted a pic of herself on twitter on Saturday with good friend Nina Dobrev stating "Friends are the best therapy".

Could it have had something to do with the 100K worth of bling stolen from Julianne's car? We doubt it, $100,000 is really nothing to Ryan.

Ryan is 38, and Julianne is 24.
