This is pretty great.  The other day, the Mason County Sheriff’s Office received a call about a missing 4 year old boy on North Forest Lane.  After they got there and talked to the mom, they decided to call out their K-9 Officer, Cash, to come help find the kid.

When K-9 Officer Cash arrived on the scene, the child had been missing for about 20 minutes.  Thankfully neighbors had seen the young boy walk by their house, so police had a narrowed down search area.  Within a few minutes, Cash found the missing boy about three-quarters of a mile in the wood behind the kid’s house.

According to the sheriff’s department, the boy refused to walk out with the deputy but quickly made friends with Cash; together the boy and the dog walked out of the woods.
