This morning we talked with Bonnie who lost her daughter Kelsey to a car crash while she was using her cell phone.
She'll be talking to the kids at Wayland High School today about the dangers of using a cell phone while driving.

The restrictions of the law only prohibit drivers that have a restriction 1 or 2 license. However, Bonnie is also rallying for all people to put the phone down.
