In a new study, children were found to be the most major distraction while people were trying to drive.

We all though that using our cell phone was bad. Try driving around with kids in the car. A new study shows that children are 12 times more (that's right 12) distracting that your cell phone!

During the average 16 minute driving trip parents take their eyes off the road for almost three and a half minutes to tend to their kids! Woah, that's almost a quarter of the trip!

Their theory is that kids take a lot more time to tend to than quickly checking your cell phone. Things like getting them food, adjusting the radio and tending to crying all lead to distracted driving for much longer.
