Laughfest Will Return to Grand Rapids in 2012

I attended the LaughFest press conference this morning and once I tore myself away from the breakfast buffet (who doesn't love free bacon?) I found out that some great (seriously funny) comedians are coming to this year's festival.  Among those announced to perform are Whoopi Goldberg, Kevin Nealon, Rodney Carrington, Amy Schumer, Jim Gaffigan, and Martin Short. And, they haven't even announced the full lineup yet!

Lots of comedians spread out over 40 venues here in GR, this thing is ggoing to be even bigger and better than last year.  It goes down this year March 8-18 2012.  Although a ton of laughs will ensue during the fest it’s all for a great cause as all proceeds of LaughFest support the cancer, grief and support programs offered through Gilda’s Club Grand Rapids.
