The Cronut (a combination of a croissant and a donut) has recently taken Foodies by storm, but now there is a new kid in town. Enter the Duffin. The Duffin is a donut/muffin hybrid that Starbucks is releasing.

Starbucks has released the Duffin in 730 Starbucks across the United Kingdom, and so far the sales are going well across the pond, so hopes are it will make the jump.

While many are excited to try the Duffin, which has yet to be released in the United States, critics are upset that is more of a jelly filled muffin, as it is not fried or donut shaped, than a donut.
