Meet Chuck – Wendy’s Pet Of The Week

Did you know that March is Adopt A Guinea Pig Month? Neither did I! But, Carlita Gonzalez from the Humane Society of West Michigan stopped by today with Chuck the guinea pig to tell me all about it.Chuck is one-year old and would make a great family pet.  Turns out that guinea pigs are really good with young children, so if you have young kids are are thinking of introducing a pet into the family, a guinea pig would be a good choice.

Carlita also talked about the Spring Break, Spring Camp for kids.  The “Kids & Paws” camp is from 9am until noon, April 3 through 5 and would be a great time for the kids during Spring Break.
