Every week the Humane Society of West Michigan drops by with a new furry friend to be named "Wendy's Pet Of The Week", and this week, Carlita brought Puddin in the visit!

Puddin is a Red Tabby who is 10 years old, a beautiful cat, and most importantly, looking for a good, loving home.  By being a little older, he is a member of the Silver Paws Club, which means that the Humane Society will wave his adoption fee.  The Silver Paw Club is for “senior” pets at the Humane Society, as they hope the older pets find a home right away.

You can find out more about Puddin on the Humane Society's website, or by calling 616-453-8900.

Don’t forget “Bark in the Dark” is coming up this Saturday night, October 12.  It’s their first annual, glow-in-the-dark 5K run/walk.  It’s at the Humane Society on Wilson, SW, and will be tons of fun. Registration is only $30, which is the amount it costs the Humane Society to take care of one animal for one day at their facility.

You can sign up and get all the information on their website.
