Hoping to hear your fave's been nominated at the upcoming 59th Annual GRAMMY Awards ceremony on February 12, 2017? You'll need to say thank you to Meghan Trainor in December first.

The Recording Academy snagged the "No" singer, who won Best New Artist at the 2016 ceremony, to announce the four major GRAMMYs categories — Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Album of the Year and Best New Artist — on CBS This Morning on Tuesday, December 6 at 8:30 AM EST. The rest of the 84 categories will be announced at 8:45 AM ET via social media (Facebook Instagram, Snapchat), press release and the official GRAMMYs website.

According to early predictions, many of the major categories will be a battle between Adele, Beyoncé and Drake.

The 2017 Grammy Awards ceremony will be held at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on February 12, 2017.
