The 22nd annual “Christmas and Holiday Traditions Around the World” exhibit at Frederik Meijer Gardens will be open to the public starting Tuesday, November 22.

This year's display will be bigger and better than ever, featuring 40 international displays as well as the fan-favorite train that weaves in and out of the gardens.

Honoring holiday cultures around the world, Meijer Gardens focuses on the authenticity of holiday traditions: the German tree, adorned with handmade glass ornaments and homemade springerle cookies; the England tree with antique Christmas cards and mistletoe; and the beautiful Eid ul-Fitr display, which celebrates the end of Ramadan.

The holiday exhibit is open from Tuesday, Nov. 22 through Sunday, Jan. 8. There will be extended hours offered on some of those days. Note that Meijer Gardens will be closed November 24, December 25, and January 1.
