Michigan vs MSU Football Is Saturday

There's a reason all of those Michigan and MSU shirts have shown up in the front of almost every store this week.  The annual football game is Saturday at noon.  With all of the excitement over the Tigers and Lions the game has been somewhat overshadowed this week, but it shouldn't be.

This year the game is about more than just bragging rights, it means something more to both teams.  Both teams are good.  Michigan is 5-0 and ranked #11 by Associated Press.  MSU is 4-1 and ranked #23 by AP.

When the teams meet in East Lansing on Saturday anything can happen.

Here's a few predictions from the "experts":

• ESPN's Brian Bennett - Michigan State 24,  Michigan 20
• ESPN's Adam Rittenberg - Michigan State 23, Michigan 21
• NBC Sports' Marc Doche - Michigan State 23, Michigan 14

I sense a theme, but in a rivalry game like this anything can happen.  The game will be shown on ESPN.
