Missing Saginaw K9 Officer Found In Mecosta County

Monday night word went out that Saginaw K9 officer “Deebo” was missing.

It happened about 7pm Monday night in Chippewa Lake area of Mecosta County. Deebo is one of 3 Saginaw K9 Officers and was in Mecosta County with his handler on vacation, when he slipped away.

Saginaw Police sent 4 officers to the area to help search for the all-black German Shepard, along with officers from Osceola and Mecosta County Sherriff’s office. They were unable to locate him until this morning.

Around 8:30am officers found Deebo, unharmed, walking along the road near Chippewa Lake.
