Mother Forces Tattoo On Toddler [Video]

This video has been making rounds on the internet with just one question attached to it.

Is this child abuse? The mom is clearly forcing the toddler (maybe no more than 3) to get a tattoo. Which, for adults, is a painful experience. Toddlers skin and nerves are much more sensitive than a full grown adults.

We highly recommend that if you think it may disturb or anger you to watch that you watch the video on mute the first time as the babies cries might be a little rough to watch.
