An article in Entrepreneur magazine tells how a 90 second trick in the shower will get you going in the morning, I'm going to start off by saying this sounds like total hell.
Here's what you do, at the end of your shower, turn off the hot water and make it as cold as possible for 30 seconds. When the 30 seconds is up, crank the hot water again for another 30 seconds, THEN crank it back to cold for 30 more seconds. Boom! You're awake!
The idea here is that a hot shower makes you relax, and a cold shower, well, you know the rest.
