Netflix to Offer Unlimited Maternity and Paternity Leave

Okay, not exactly something you can stream, but this is great if you ever land a job with Netflix.

On Tuesday Netflix announced that employees will be able to take unlimited maternity or paternity leave during the first year of their child's birth or adoption.

According to Time, during the first year they will be able to return on a part time or full time basis. They'll even be able to take more time off later in the year.
