Never Leave The Treadmill Running [Video]

One of my pet peeves at the gym is when people leave the treadmills running while they leave for a quick break, I don't get that. This is a good example of why to NOT do that.

You ever see this at the gym? Maybe not some guy face planting, but I'm talking about people who leave the treadmill going.

I guess it really shouldn't bother me, because it's none of my business, but I always see people jump off the treadmill and plant their feet on the frame while it's still going.

Why do they do that? It's not like the treadmill takes a minute to warm up, and most treadmills have a pause button. Plus, wouldn't that mess up your measurable distance?

Anyway, none of my concern but this video is funny. Would be funnier to see it in person!
