Wyoming is looking to freshen some of their portion of 28th street. They hope that this new development called '28 West' will do just that.

The town center would be located between Burlingame and Clyde park south of 28th street. It would then stretch all the way to Prairie Parkway. This includes the Klingman's and Studio 28 as well as Rogers Plaza and the Wyoming Village Mall.

The town hopes to attract both shopping retailers as well as restaurants for the new center.

City officials say that the main hope of the center is to give visitors a safe and fun environment to explore. This has been a problem for the city in the past.

The project has already been in the works for about three years and the city says that they already have interest from developers.
