New Celeb Scents

Rihanna is the latest celeb to jump on the perfume bandwagon. The scent is called Reb'l Fleur and hits the streets January 25th.  Who else? Well, The Biebs apparently has scented wristbands coming out (c'mon, you don't expect a full blown cologne from a kid his age, do ya?).
