While everyone is gearing up to spend their holidays with friends, family, and loved ones, Nick Cannon will unfortunately be spending it with doctors and nurses. The 36-year-old television personality has reportedly been hospitalized due to complications with his lupus, which is a chronic autoimmune disease.

Sharing the news through a photo on Instagram of him in the hospital, Cannon stated, "For all who have been trying to contact me the last few days this is where I've been. And I will be in the Hospital through Christmas." He assured his followers, however, that he would be okay.

"All good though, Doctors say I will be back to normal before the New Year. #LupusSucks #ncredible #warrior," he added.

This isn't the first health complication for the Wild N' Out host, as he has been dealing with a fair amount of struggles over the years. In 2012, Cannon suffered a mild kidney failure, which left him hospitalized for some time. He soon after discovered that he had blood clots in his lungs.

Nick has been battling lupus for years, but only revealed the news to fans in 2012, which also led to him decreasing his work load in the entertainment industry. It's been a difficult path for the host, but hopefully we can see him get back on track soon. In the meantime, keep Nick in your prayers.
