Actually, his new toy can probably launch the ball further than his owner would.

Based on the title of the video, its safe to assume that the owner of the dog is actually an engineer. This person just created one of the best inventions for (a) a pet owner who is never home, (b) a lazy pet owner or (c) a pet owner who needs a break.

Either way, it's pretty cool. Also amazing to watch the dog work this thing.
