Over 100 Monkeys On The Blue Pedestrian Bridge For ArtPrize [VIDEO]

We've been looking forward to "Metal Monkey Mania" since it was announced in June. Now it is being installed on the Blue Pedestrian Bridge downtown.

Over 100 metal monkeys are being hung on the bridge.  If that doesn't make you love ArtPrize, I don't know what will.

The monkeys will also be used as a fundraiser for the Humane Society of West Michigan.

They were made by sculptor Dale Rogers.  He brought metal dogs to ArtPrize last year to help the Humane Society of West Michigan.  But, how exactly does one make a metal monkey designed to hang from a bridge?  Here's your answer.
